Company Bookings

Please fill in the following Company Booking Form if you are wanting us to come out to you.

We require a minimum number of 6 trainees to come onsite to you in the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and Maitland areas. Please contact our office prior for outside these areas. If there is less than 6 trainees, we will need to charge the minimum number.

This is not a final booking, but a request. Once you have submitted your booking request, one of our staff will review and see how we can best accommodate as closely to your requested date and time and contact you via the phone number or email address listed as soon as possible and to confirm booking details.

Please note:

For individual payments, if the minimum number of 6 is not met, the company will be invoiced the difference.

We do not invoice individual people for payment and as such individual payment must be made at the course. If payment is not taken at the course, the company will be invoiced. H&A Training may not amend invoices after sending them.

In line with the 2025 Standards for RTOs, if payment terms are not met, H&A Training has the right to cancel or withhold AQF Certification Documentation until payment is made in full.
